I placed a mobile order at 9:55:43 AM on 11/21/2025 for a steak, egg and cheese biscuit. I get to the drive thru about 10:25am to pick up my order. While I set there and see 2 vehicles that came after me place their orders first. While sitting there the menu switches to the lunch menu. Since 2 cars that came after me went before me I assumed the speaker on my side did not work so I just went ahead and drove to the first window. Never again! This location usually has at least a 10 minute wait from ordering to actually getting your food, regardless to if it is a rush time or not. There is always an issue with something not working, short staffed, mixed up orders, etc. Today was the last straw. We waited in the drive-thru AFTER ordering our food for 24 minutes while the car in front of us and the store had some issue they couldn't resolve in a timely manner.
