Most Sterile McDonald's I have ever seen....like a hospital!! 🤮 YUCK! No one helped me for almost 10 minutes...pitiful! Spanish Springs location! I have ordered custom-made items in the past and they were made wrong EVERY TIME! They were not that busy either!
Customer service 10/10 better than the one down pyramid & eagle. The manager lacks customer service so i prefer this one. Plus food and fries is always fresh at the los altos one. No matter how backed up how long line is they reassure and dont get annoyed or even show any sign of being annoyed by customers.
