Food was cold, missing patty on burger then missing 3 cookies and when I called to tell them they said they had to review the cameras!! Isn't it customer is always right!! BAD SERVICE!!!
Was at this location between 6 to 630, ordered a Bigmac meal with an extra order of fries, first it took forever to get my food, and when I got home it turned out my Bigmac was missing a patty and was missing the extra fries, when I called the store to tell them what had happened the person in charge greeted me with an attitude and was told that she had to review the cameras to see if in fact my fries were missing!!! just insane. forced me to use kiosk machine just because they didn’t want to work the register. also my strawberry shake wasn’t even mixed it was just half vanilla half strawberry.
