Absolutely atrocious service at the drive-thru this morning. I was told to pull into a parking spot to wait for my iced coffee. I sat there for a full 30 minutes watching other cars come and go while I was completely ignored. When my order finally arrived, they gave me the wrong coffee. Then, when I started eating, I realized they also gave me a sausage McMuffin instead of the sausage biscuit I ordered. Extremely disappointing and a complete waste of time. This level of service is unacceptable.
My friend placed an online order for counter pick-up 2 hours before they closed, when we had arrived the doors were locked. Some customers leaving let us in so we could wait for our order to be finished. While we were waiting for our food they were yelling that we got let in and were complaining the whole time.
