An employee I had encountered at this McDonald’s in Orland Park on LaGrange Rd was beyond sweet. Her name was Jessica. I had made my order and picked it up within a short wait. Her wonderful caring character put a smile on my face. Makes me wish I can come back and get another Dr Pepper and Fries one day!
Late night stop, actually too late. The young lady should have informed us that the place was about to close. We were informed it would take 8 minutes to cook chicken strip but our fries were already cooked and would be cold? So, we asked for a manager, explained the problem and got a refund. Just wished the 1st young lady would have said "we are about to close, and it might take a long time to cook your food. " We would have been cool and just drove to White Castle sooner. Staff was nice and did not hesitate to refund money... read more
