I was at the Mc Donalds on Lagrange in orland Park il arounf 1:30pmi ordered my food without any issues when i hot up to the window to pay the guy he said sorry “ we dont have your coke 0 infact we font have any pop machines working at all and you have to order something different to drink so i ordered a tea instead. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL the older African American woman with short hair and glasses was terrible i believe she’s a manger I don’t know her name but she needs to take a retraining on how to treat customers especially when I’m spreading my money this isn’t the first time I experience weird behavior there I usually don’t have problems but when I do it’s usually the same people.
