To everyone I know who works, goes to school, or lives in this area, this McDonald's location is notorious for being the slowest fast food. Not slowest McDonald's, slowest "fast" food. Plan on 15-20min wait on average for anything. Every time I think I can squeeze in a quick shake or McDouble, I'm late. Fine enough food, but do not go if you're even remotely concerned about your time. Regardless time of day too
We have gone here multiple times at night and the night staff are super slow and don’t have good customer service. We often have to wait a long time for our food. Dine in is also slow. They are constantly out of ketchup in the self serve ketchup, napkins, and straws. Took over 20 min to get 3 happy meals.
They mess up my order everytime I go here. I also didn’t even get a receipt after I paid. Terrible service.
