my brother placed our order thru the app, we came to pick up said order and they proceeded to say we were at the wrong location even after verifying the name/order but continued to express we were at the wrong location even after showing proof of the order and location going thru. She was rude from us pulling into the drive thru up until us pulling up to the window.
Trying to order in the store is to confusing and to get anybody to wait on you is almost impossible. When we sat down and tried to order on the phone after several trys we confirmed everything we sent the order in. When we got the order we were still short some of the extras and again could not get anybody to wait on us.
Original review 2023: Food is good. Order is accurate more than other locations in the area. Staff is friendly. Update 2025: What happened to this location? We stopped in today and the place is FILTHY. The food was soggy and old. This has easily become the nastiest McDonalds I've ever walked into. Yuck.
Absolutely disgusting play place. Fries hair sticky soda and kids running barefoot. It smells awful in there. Food? Oh took 15mins and my frozen coke was not so frozen. Food was cold to maybe warm. It’s a McDonald’s so sure they have a low bar…but I didn’t think it was on the ground.
