I pulled into the drive thru in the right lane, there weren't any customers in the left lane. I patiently waited for about 90 seconds for someone to answer the speaker and take my order. Then, a man pulled in the left lane and straightaway someone answered the speaker. Assuming my speaker was broken, I pulled forward and explained the situation only to be told that I would have to DRIVE AROUND AND GO BACK TO THE SPEAKER AND ORDER!! No, thanks. I don't patronize businesses that dont value my time. Poor customer service.
Ice cream game super weak. Oreo mcflurry was all vanilla with a sprinkle on the top. Nothing mixed maybe it's a mix and add your own topping policy. Strawberry shake came pre melted . Like milk texture.
