This is by far the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. Me and my girlfriend waited at the window for 15 minutes and they asked us for our order over again after we had already told them like 6 times. I’m not sure if the guy at the window was just intoxicated or what but this kind of service is ridiculous. Especially for a place that attracts so many tourists.
Stopped by to get two kids meal with no substitutions and it took them 40 mins to come out. I was able to see the person putting the food into the containers and it took her 10 mins to put 4 items into them. She was constantly walking around and doing other things in between placing items in which seems like a training issue. Almost every person who got food had an mistake with their order and several people came in from the drive thru missing some thing or a wrong item.
This was not a good experience. Pulled into drive thru in one lane because the other one was busy. They placed their order….i continued to wait. Person behind me pulls out and goes in other lane and they got their order placed, while I continued sitting there. Very rude lady when she got to me as I asked her about it. Told me she only worked lane one. When I pulled up, they sent someone else to give me my order and the lady who took my order, hid in the back. I wish I didn’t like their coffees so much.
