Way too slow and chaotic for fast food. While the food itself was fine once we actually got it, the service here was incredibly frustrating. We had to repeat our order to the staff 3 or 4 times just to get it down, and it took about 10 to 15 minutes of waiting just to get our food. For a McDonald's, that kind of wait and confusion is way below standard. The food was okay, but the service speed and communication were a major letdown.
Very clean and stylish location. I was missing a promotional item from my order but other than that the food was made accurately and quickly and brought to my table, so I will return again. Children seem to love the playplace here also!
this is a large fry? why is it not filled up? train your employees please, it’s 11:30 am not like it’s late at night.
