Placed a mobile order and still sat in the drive thru spot waiting for 20 minutes just for them to tell me they have to remake it and nobody could tell me why. I have a 30 minute lunch break and spent 28 minutes of it there, waiting on a mobile order I placed 5 minutes before my lunch break even started.

Imagine you moved to the U.S. just a couple of months ago. You got your driver's license last week. This is your very first time using a McDonald's drive-thru. You order through the app and pay in advance. You drive straight to pickup window 2. The employee tells you he won't give you your order unless you go back to the speaker. Absolutly worse customer service. Ordered in app to bring it to my table. After waiting a long time there my food is on a tray at the counter. The receipt states I was at table 123 and I asked why it wasnt brought to my table. I kept hearing we dont do table service and then the mananger belittled me making me. The only excuse was they dont do what the app says they do. How am I supposed to know that?
