Absolutely horrible experience. I had to repeat my order MULTIPLE times and still couldn’t be heard correctly. Ended up with a regular Dr Pepper when I clearly ordered a Dirty Dr Pepper — and when I pointed out THEIR mistake, they had the audacity to ask me to pay full price for the correct drink. So I’m supposed to just accept the wrong order and pay more to fix a mistake I didn’t make? Ridiculous. If I wanted a plain Dr Pepper I would’ve stayed home.
