Update: 10/29/25- these " employees" need more training or go back to school. How do you not put the burgers but you put fries and apple slices in the happy meal?!! Order is never accurate! Service just seems to be declining every visit. Happy meals missing food. Order is never accurate.
Frankly I don't even think our reviews get noticed or if the higher up in the corporate office even cares because in the end we keep going back in hopes our order is done fresh and not missing anything. It had been so long since I been to one that I forgot why I don't go there anymore. I'm so disappointed right now I just want to cry! If I order through the app & take the offered option of having it delivered directly to my table I expect that to happen, not to have my name shouted across the busy store from behind the counter. The fact that I'm disabled shouldn't even play in at this point because deliver to table is an option already offered to everybody & is therefore part of your job!
