The guy at the register was wearing a hoodie, no uniform. I didn't even know he worked there. They we're letting a homeless man go around and panhandle inside the restaurant. Had to wait at the counter for 4 minutes until someone came out and helped us. They have cameras up front, so they knew we were there. Terrible service, won't be back. McDonald's used to be so fast and so efficient. Unbelievable
Be warned sheinkflation is in full effect here. Theres 5 fries in a kids mccrappy meal. Tables always dirty. Foods hardly right. No communication within staff. Long wait times. All corners cut all times. McDonald's has become a joke, no clown. Why waste your money? Oh yeah they raised prices again. Bye bye.
MaryLou was so sweet to us! She made sure our food was fresh and yummy, the store was packed and they took a little with our order since they were short staffed but she threw in a blueberry pie and had the sweetest smile, she definitely deserves a raise!
Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a meal that specifically included BBQ sauce, and of course, they forgot it. My burgers were dry, overcooked, and burnt – basically inedible. If the staff paid just a little more attention, this could have been avoided. Extremely disappointing for a place that’s supposed to be consistent. I won’t be coming back to this location.
