This 87th st McDonald's is awesome. Been going here for years and my meals have always been correct.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s tonight (June 29, 2026). I pulled up to the drive-thru and asked if they had strawberry shakes. The employee, Laila, who was working the night shift, immediately told me the machine wasn’t working. I then politely asked if they had any other strawberry-flavored drinks available. Normally service is a 5/5, but the lady at the window was very argumentative this morning after I told her that I was given unsweetened tea after asking for sweet tea.
Extremely clean and ordered kitchen. Very kind and talented staff. Very busy but they all kept a positive attitude.
