So, today I went to McDonald's for a Diet Coke and a wrap, and I was served by Mr. Alex at the drive-thru window. The issue is that the service he provided was terrible. He was rude and wouldn't let me finish explaining what was going on so that he could understand my order—there was a confusion. He kept cutting me off every time I tried to speak. People sometimes mess up orders (either customers or the store), but the staff currently here helped me out on correcting the issues nicely, supportively, and friendly.
The food’s is the best food I’ve ever had no other restaurant is better than it.
Ordered kiosk, customized burger with no onion, comes loaded with onions. Nuggets not hot. Kids still love will be back
This is the most unprofessional McDonald's I have ever been to the manager talked down to me (makes me wonder how she talks to her employees) after 25 years of going to this McDonald's I will NEVER go here again.
