Food is good and service is alway great out of this location. Maintaining a cleaner inside would be nice.
If I could rate this establishment 0 stars I would. I will be contacting corporate regarding the behavior of an employee at this location. The employee stated his name was “Bob,” though I have not been able to verify that information. I was taking my nieces out because I haven’t been able to spend much time with them lately and wanted to create a memorable experience. Placed mobile order, money is gone, they will not fulfill the order they say it is canceled but it still shows in the app as an active order. Asked for complaint number was told no. Asked when I could get a refund d as the money was taken out and "that is not my problem." This franchise location might be the worst one I been to.
Any restaurants that I enter and have to use a kiosk to place my order instead of giving it to an employee at the counter, is not ever getting my business!
