The fries were a little soggy today.
Pulled up... waited 30seconds.... had to say helloooooo... then she said ONE minute in such a rude tone...... I waited 10 minutes..... then I said never mind and put my car in reverse for her to be like ok what can I get you... no I'm good.... Reversed right on down to 5GUYS AT OAKPARK MALL AND HAD 11/10 service
Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. It often feels like customers are being treated as if they’re asking for free food instead of paying for it. This time, the employee who served me was extremely rude. Both times she brought my food to the table, she practically threw the tray down instead of placing it politely. I still said “thank you,” but she looked at me with a bad attitude and didn’t respond. The manager is very prejudice against homeless people. Very poor people skills. Am shift is absolutely terrible
