Good guest recovery. I had items missing from my order and a manager stepped in to quickly get me a fresh replacement for my food tonight.
Please be advised that I paid for a large sweet tea. The sweet tea was full of ice. I requested that they take some of the ice out, at least halfway. The manager stated, “We don’t do that with the sweet tea or lemonade here. It must come with ice”. So, I was like ma’am, OK. Can I switch the drink? She took the sweet tea and threw it in the garbage with a forceful attitude. I request a refund. She was so nasty, disrespectful, hateful and gross. I refuse to revisit this place.
The fois was hot and freshly prepared. I was pleasantly surprised with the Mcarch sandwich.
