Placed an order on the app and went to pick it up in the drive thru. No one was in the second window, so I proceeded to the last window. At that window the employee asked where’s my receipt and I said I don’t have one because the second window was closed and no employee was there. He said I had to get back into the very long line because of his oversight. He’s apparently manning both windows. Estuve más de 50 MINUTOS esperando el desayuno. No sabían o no me querían cancelar mi orden. Y pa colmo, la mayoría de las empleadas más jóvenes estaban demasiadas agresivas…Comprendo q esto es Hialeah, pero no CUBA…

This McDonald's location has their "systems down" incredibly often or have some other situation going on like, "we only have nuggets and fries", or "we dont quarter pound patties, only big Mac patties (???)". Just go to a different location if you're looking for late-night food, the amount of times I've had to cancel a mobile order (7 business day refund process btw) is absurd. Not the employees fault at all, they are all kind and respectful, but sincerely management at this place should really consider closing at night inst... read more

Hoy 10/31/25 fui al autoservicio y después de estar más de 40 minutos esperando en la línea. Me dice el cajero que solo están recibiendo órdenes con efectivo. Les pongo 1 estrella porque no existe el cero en las reseñas pero ni siquiera se la merecen. Me parece una falta de respeto total por parte de esa gente porque iba a comer con toda mi familia y 2 adolescentes.
