Customer service was not pleasant, there were 3 of us . And the first two girls order their food together , when it was my turn to take my order she taken another customer that just came in side . Not good experience!!!!

LOVED this McDonalds for most of my life. Last two times I’ve been there they messed my order up. No big deal I’m a chill dude. However, being told I’m “wrong”, “you don’t just want this” and “you’ll have to wait then” put me over the edge. Mistakes happen. But twice in one week with very poor customer service response has me back to Wendy’s, BK, KFC and pretty much every other spot on Queen street.

McDonald's is honestly trash, and the more you think about it, the worse it gets. The food barely tastes like real food anymore-it's salty, greasy, and somehow still bland at the same time. Fries are either cold and soggy or overly salty, and the burgers look nothing like the pictures. You order a Big Mac and get something that looks like it was sat on before being wrapped. Don't even get me started on how thin the patties are. The prices are another joke. McDonald's used to be cheap fast food, but now you're paying way too ... read more
