Worst customer service! They only care about there drive thru, the wait is long even if you order ahead people waiting in the lobby to get help. Management and staff need to be all re trained!
No napkins, and I you ask for it they gave you only a few, not to mention they hide in the back, nobody is at the counter, also I order dine in and they gave us the food in bags like saying please go eat at your house and no Happy meal boxes that's the whole point of stopping by, Mcdontcome
I placed a order for curbside pickup and it took them over 30 minutes to bring the food to me. It was cold, old, and wrong when I checked it when I got home. I had to call the store three times to have them bring it to me. I called back after I checked the food when I got home and spoke to the manager. Her name is Adriana.
