Horrible wait time. Like in a real restaurant with real food...
Went through the drive thru at Mac Donald's on Ave.S and 25th st east. We placed a mobile order app. They didn't give us a receipt and we were missing our Big Mac from the order. Cant call to complain or even talk to someone about issue.
Staff needs to be retraining on what customer service is. Also needs to verify the orders before giving the orders out to customers
I just went there it took to long talking about the system low I couldn't pay cash had to use a card and also after the gave me my order the fries were all old I ask the lady in the window I wanted them fresh she said u didn't ask for well done "Hello" im expecting well done everything anyways she took my fries refried them and gave them to me back just to look fresh this is ain't right I just didn't wanna go back...
