Drive thru very very bad
The staff there are pretty cool people in most cases. Over the years, i've gone to so many restaurants, and you can see.The workers are fatigued. You have compassion, you have consideration, but at some point if the food service worker doesn't bear the burden of the stress they end up making customers feel degraded and unimportant.
