Rude employees. I’ve come here multiple times to pickup orders and each time I’ve been ignored until I finally basically have to yell into the kitchen asking if they have my order. Slowest McDonald’s in the city.

This is probably the worst McDonald's in Henderson. Zero customer service skills from managers all the way down. The only reason this location stays in business is solely from it being the only one available on this side of town.

After waiting in the drive through for several minutes I went in, big mistake. 26 minutes to make one meal. I later tried ordering ahead, still ended up waiting 20 minutes. Not worth the calories or the time anymore.

I ordered 2 big breakfasts, they did not send plastic ware, no syrup, no butter, no salt and pepper, no jelly, no ketchup, fries instead of hash browns. The incompetence gets worse with every time I order, and I don't order a lot. Mcdonalds is not the place to get good service.

Ughhhhhh!!!! Worst McDonald's They always forget something! And 99% of the time you get parked, even on the smallest order. The line from getting parked sometimes wraps around, its so ridiculous!!! And the employees have the crappiest attitude! Parking is a nightmare.
