I ordered thru the app because I was on my way home and it went thru fine and everything. I drive up to the window and she goes “ we don’t have any mobile orders. Try cancelling and re ordering”. She doesn’t even bother to look or ask her coworkers about it. So I pull into a spot so that other customers can get their food and I couldn’t cancel the order because the app tracks when they are prepping and making it. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through and didn’t realize I put my order in for counter pick up. I asked them to grab my order (was never a problem before today) and was told no, I’d have to come inside. The drive thru window is 3 feet from where the other orders are. I asked again if I could get my order through the drive thru and was told no again because there were “too many cars” but only one was ahead of me in line.
