Absolutely terrible experience with the McDonald’s app. Placed an order with a deal, realized the location was wrong, and canceled immediately. The app still consumed my deal and didn’t restore it, even though the order never went through. The refund process is slow and confusing, and there’s no clear way to recover lost deals.
