Love to get their value meal for $5 or $6 dollar, hamburger, fries, nuggets and drink. Perfect for me.
Well this is the second time this Location on Grand Calliou Rd. Has messed up my order. Hell my Steak Egg & Cheese On a Biscuit looked like a 3 year old had prepared it. Are just threw it together with out taking pride in there work and presentation of there food. It was cold and wasn't even prepared correctly. The temperature was not in the Serve Safe required temp. Then you call and no one answers the phone when you call.
Check your items before leaving the drive thru. Got the wrong item for the second time. The people doing the most important jobs (dealing with customers) should be easy to hear and understand. That is not the case at this location.
This unfortunately was the worst McDonald's we've ever been to. The service was so slow and for whatever reason, the kitchen could not make for sausage McMuffins with eggs. They either dropped the eggs or they didn't know if they should scramble the eggs or fold the eggs, it was a hot mess in the kitchen. The cashiers were so apologetic but to have to wait 30 minutes for our breakfast was ridiculous.
