It really is hit or miss with them. You order and pray they do justice to your food. Restaurant claims to be 24H but going at late hours or really early in the morning is a big no, they always have an issue.

Mal servicio, sin atencion a la comida 2 combos tirados en una sola bolsa, una hamburgesa de lado con toda la grasa saliendo por la bolsa! Sin nececidad! En verdad que lea cuesta prestar atencion? Como me gustaria poder subir las fotos. El carro mi ropa llena de grasa!

Just visited McDonald's on 330 W 29 St. May I begin with the tall Spanish dark-skinned manager whose attitude needs adjustment. We don't speak Spanish, and even though we live in Hialeah, it doesn’t necessarily mean we speak Spanish. His lack of professionalism as a manager, poor customer service, lack of education, and lack of friendliness leave a lot to be desired. Worst experience I had ever coming here . My family and I go here often and it’s always the same thing . We don’t speak any Spanish and they always give us a nasty attitude. They have a manger (dark skin gentleman) that works at night with a dark blue shirt who is rude . Slammed the siding driver thru window on us when we tried to understand what he was saying.
