This McDonald's location has changed significantly, and unfortunately not for the better. The new policy of requiring employees to handle only one task at a time has made the drive-thru extremely slow. For example, the employee taking orders cannot take a new order while processing a payment, which causes long and unnecessary delays. Im so done having to check my bag for my food at this damn place, this was my last straw. Tell me why I asked for 2 sauces for my meal (it comes with 2 so I shouldn’t have to pay for those) and they put in like 5 sauces after 2 that I didn’t order, AND THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT IT IN THE BAG???? Like why the hell did you charge me for 5 extra sauces if you aren’t gonna put them in the damn bag. I always check but ofc I didn’t today.
