Took 20 minutes to make one cheeseburger with no one ahead of me
First time visiting the store. Ordered online and was able to order something at couldn't be made. After being told to come inside to figure it out, all of the doors were locked 4 hours before closing. After arguing with the one of the works on how to fix the problem, I left with a sour taste in my mouth... On my very first visit

It's time Luke, Jackie and Angie do something about this. Staff seem to change all the time, and those that are there are downright unsuitable for the role. McDonald's is hospitality and not the prison service, so staff need to be able to articulate English correct to start with and behave themselves too. If you drive through, you might be lucky to have one wrong order. If you wait - you will be lucky if you get your meal in less than 20 minutes.
