They didn't have free refils
I’ve ordered from drive through, delivery, and dined in. Free refills are gone, food quality is atrocious and meals are repeatedly missing key items. I ordered a kids meal- it was missing the burger and yogurt. So we were left with fries and a book. At this point, I’d rather NOT EAT than eat at any McDonald’s again. I’ll be going to Wendy’s from now on since they still do refills, food is actually filling, AND I can actually use the points before they expire.
I like this mcdonalds, its conveniently close to me, however they advertise on the website that it’s open 24/7, when it isn’t. Advertise as drive through only after 11 and I would likely bump up the review to a 4 star. I’ve come at midnight and the doors are locked. There is another mcdonalds a 40 minute walk from there and its dine in 24/7, i don’t get why this one isn’t.
