The employees that take the orders at the drive-thru need to stop talking and laughing with other employees so they can hear when someone is giving their food order. Having to repeat an order 3 times is ridiculous, all because they are more interested in laughing with other employees. And the biscuits at this McDonald's are awful. They serve old biscuits that are as hard as a rock.
