My food was supposed to be prepared cooked to order. My stuff was cold. Alot of young ones need to be retrained
This is located right outside the gate of Fort Johnson. Order through kiosk, which is fine. Food seemed like it took longer to bring out than most McDonald's. The fries were warm but not hot. It came with a drink which she forgot to bring out with order. One of my buddies didn't get his food till much later. Otherwise it is just a McDonald's, just not one of the better ones.
Poor service. Never get my food right. Almost never even get all of my food. Either burned or raw. Will leave you Sitting in your car for an hour just for a happy meal.
Worst McDonald’s I have been to. I could have went to a local steakhouse and got my food sooner. This is far from fast food.
I DoorDash and a lot of employees park right close to the front door forcing dashers to park in the pickup spots for drive thru and mobile ordering. We are trying to get in and out as quickly as possible to get the food to customers before it becomes cold. So we try to park as close as we can.
