Ordered a single ice cream in the drive thru and had to park and wait for 10 min and it never came out. Ended up having to leave because my lunch break was nearly over.

Well, it's McDonalds. Obviously not like they were back in the 80s and 90s. The place is usually dirty. Always have to stand up front waiting for one of the 15 ppl looking at you to come up and help. Sometimes ppl are wanting to order from the desk. Most of the time it's someone coming to get an item that's been left out of the order or to get condiments. Sometimes they are quick to come help and every once in a while you get everything in your order. This isn't just this particular mcdonalds. Its pretty much all of them

Had me sit at the 3rd window for like 15 minutes for a large Carmel frappe…a literal 17 cars when buy while I waited called because I have worked fast food sometimes you pull people up and forget the lady who answered said she was sending it out 6 minutes later had to go in and get it.
