Always busy but good timing
Went through the drive thru and ordered a plain cheeseburger. It had everything on it and when we opened the wrapper a bug came out. I had to kill it because it was crawling on me and when we went inside to ask for a plain cheeseburger like we ordered, and I mentioned the bug, the person who came to the counter told me “when things like that happen you need to bring it in for us to see.” Why would a food establishment ask me to voluntarily catch a bug and bring it into their establishment to see? Terrible service didn’t give me my burger. I paid for no sauce. No straws gave me the wrong three of the drink. I did order that they got right no ice. I think this McDonald’s should be shut down. They gave me terrible service that’s it. And no refund
