Every time we go to this McDonald’s, there is a problem with our order. It’s not an occasional mistake—it happens repeatedly. They claim they have people checking orders before they leave the window, but based on our experiences, I honestly have a hard time believing that. This is easily one of the worst McDonald’s locations in the city of Richmond. The lack of attention to detail and consistently incorrect orders make for a terrible customer experience. Update 4/6/2026: Things have greatly improved here. From my review below and the issue with multiple customers being asked to pull over at the drive through to wait for their food, I have returned on numerous occasions and no longer have experienced this issue. The staff is much friendlier and service is 100% better than previously. Things have gone from bad to worse at this location.
