Every time we order it is wrong. We don’t have a car so we Uber Eats and every single time something is missing. And when I call to get it rectified they either don’t answer the phone or the person who does doesn’t speak a lick of English. I tried to explain I did not receive sauces and just asked for more awareness and the lady responds with “we do delivery until 11”. No, I already got my delivery!!!
We decided to order food through the drive-thru, but unfortunately, we realized that we had received the wrong items. As a result, we had to drive back to the restaurant. When we confronted the staff, one of them refused to remake our food and even lied about it. She didn’t take responsibility for her mistake and instead gave us a stern stare. As a lesson learned, it’s always a good idea to double-check your orders before leaving the restaurant.
