Absolutely terrible experience. The customer service was disappointing, the food was poorly prepared, and the wait time was ridiculous. The staff seemed uninterested in helping customers, and the overall experience was unacceptable. For the prices they charge, I expected much better. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this location. Definitely one of my worst fast-food experiences.
Update: Still absolutely Horrible!!! The worst McDonald's customer service and they get the food wrong all the time. A bunch of teens who do not care. Check your food before you leave. They never give you what you ask for I'd any adjustments. Fries are all the same size. They cheat you. Management makes absolutely no changes and has the biggest attitude. Had some troubles with an order and the manager Vanessa had went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Will be coming back.
If you are out of something, just tell the customer please. Especially if you were out of something that all the items needed. Dont make the customers wait 15min in front of the store. Now all 4 of my items are wrong and dont taste right. Picture is Sausage egg & cheese biscuits with wrong buns and eggs. One if the buns is the one they use for the middle of burgers like big macs.
everytime i go here at night time nothing is ever fresh whatsoever. the people there are very careless and half the time don’t get your order correct as the bag is always missing something that was ordered
