Just did a large order from here, with 3 fish filet meals,3 happy meals, and 20 piece chicken nuggets.when we got home realized our 20 piece nuggets were missing. I sent my husband back to retrieve them since I was taking care of our kids. So my husband goes back and tells them we’re missing the 20 piece nuggets and he comes home with..AN EXTRA FISH FILET 🙄. Manager and assistant manager kicked kids out of the play place then closed it for use. Very upsetting expecially since the ppl were paying customers and respectful
Customer service at McDonald's has gotten some much better over the last 2 yrs and ordering through App to make transactions, so much better.
