Worst experience of my fast food life. Waited 25 minutes for 2 small cheeseburgers that after all that time were made wrong. Then waited an additional 10 minutes for the correction. I asked for a refund after the first 15 minutes of waiting but was denied! They already had 3 other vehicles parked to the side waiting and cars were wrapped around the building. Everyone inside was just standing around doing nothing and arguing with each other the entire time I waited at the window. I will never return.
on this visit I had ordered two large caramel frappes online and when I got there the driver e thru was packed with at least 20 cars and they made me wait till it cleared out to get my frappes , almost an hour. and when they came out w u.k. th them they were mocha instead of caramel cause they had just ran out of caramel..
Best McD I've ever been to. I'm so sad they are closing Wednesday. I'll miss this place. Thanks for providing the best food in the town of Andrews, NC.
