I always order take out to be in and out. I get there and the order is still not ready, even if the app says it is. I wait 3-5 minutes longer than I should. Today they didn’t even bother yelling the order numbers for customers to know their order is ready, they were just assuming. The guy waiting near the pick up area was shown my order and I had to walk up and tell them it was mine. At this point, I’d rather drive to the other closest location to avoid their inefficiency.
Good service and good sandwich
I think they need to learn about customer service
Slow service waited for 10 minutes at the drive thru after I was told to wait when other customers pulled up to the other side and went ahead I just left this is my second time this exact place did this to me.
