This is the second time in a year in which this McDonald’s is reflecting open in the app and when you arrive, they tell you that they’re closed. This time- I arrived on a Sunday around 8:15am. Apparently there’s some issue with their kitchen- this is very inconvenient given that I was using a deal in the app and now I have to wait to have the deal returned to me so that I could go to another McDonald’s across town. Forget about it. I’m not loving it. Thanks for making my child cry.

Order was wrong. Diet coke tasted terrible which is unusual for McDonalds. They gave me a sausage biscuit rather than the bacon l ordered. Cookies were hard as a rock.lt was a bad visit for sure

Just a warning for people (or kids) with sensory processing issues - when we went in on 7/1 there were loud beeps and alarms going off the whole time (presumably from the cooking machines). It was pretty intense. Ended up eating in the car.

Restaurant always smells of sewage, as if they are constantly working on the bathrooms. Constantly out of key items and staff was very unwelcoming. I'll be going back to elmsmere for my food. Edit 2026- Still terrible, staff will look people dead in the face and act like they are not there. Indoor service is nonexistent, full focus seems to be drive thru.
