Worst experience Ariana is disgusting and rude. The manager Reina telling us she wasn’t able to find our order like as if McDonald’s doesnt track their orders. DONT HIRE PEOPLE WHO CANT WORK IN FAST FOOD AND ASSIST CUSTOMERS!
Food was sloppily prepared but had an extremely hard time understanding the drive thru person and she had a hard time understanding us. Ended up having to go in anyway and ordering what she did not put on our order.
This McDonald's used to be better.
Service so bad I had to actually walk out. Waited 10 minutes to talk to someone at the register to pick up my mobile order , my mobile order didn’t go through. Waited another 10 min for someone to take my order in store and decided to leave
Pretty typical McDonald's but after I ordered at the kiosk I did not get a receipt. I didn't have a number nor proof that I paid. I was the only one in the store so when I finally saw a real person it all worked out. Had it been crowded I would have had no way to know when my order came up. If they want to save money with kiosks then they need to be sure it's working correctly at all times.
