This McDonald's had a very friendly drive thru person. He made sure my order was complete,and that I had plenty of napkins. I was impressed.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald’s due to poor customer service. I arrived to pick up an order for my nephew, equipped with a screenshot of the order details, including the address. For the first 10 minutes, staff ignored me and avoided eye contact. Finally, someone asked what I was waiting for. I provided the order name and showed the screenshot, but they couldn’t locate the order.
