I am really frustrated that every time I come to this McDonalds they make the choice for me to make the meal a large. I don't understand why they think its ok. If you don't notice it they just decide to make your meal large and charge you more. It's not ok. I have been in customer service a long time and I would never allow my people to just upgrade people on their own.

As someone who’s part of the Latin community, I genuinely don’t understand why you’d show up to work with an attitude and decide customers are the problem. I pulled up to the drive-through, and this man a fully grown Hispanic man started with the usual intro and then immediately switched to being rude. I placed my order, and he stopped me just to let me know I was “weird” for talking to myself: “Do you know you’re talking to yourself? This is beyond ridiculous. I asked for fresh food. I also ordered specifically a filet o fish with extra cheese plus pickle, it was not fresh. They literally gave me an old filet O fish and slapped more cheese on it. This is so unacceptable.
