I'm a CNA and my elderly client wanted McDonald's for dinner so we went through the Drive-Thru of this location. My client said her order out loud and was rudely met with "What?" in response. I said the order for her and, luckily, I looked at the screen in time to see that they only charged for the burger. Who would come to McDonald's for just a sad little burger and no fries?
