The service here is always hit or miss but today was beyond atrocious. I spent about 15 minutes in the drive thru waiting for them to #1 understand how they had messed up my order (I had to explain it multiple times to two different people), and #2 to actually fix it. The problem started when I placed my order and could see the items popping up (or not popping up) on the screen. First time coming to this location and will be the last. Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes for one burger and chicken nuggets. We get the food and the chicken nuggets were cold. My husband goes inside to asks for fresh ones and is greeted with attitude. He gets back to the car with “fresh ones” and they were just as cold as the first ones. We also saw a mouse run through the parking lot. Never coming back to this location.
