This is the third time we’ve had problems with the Happy Meals from this location. The first time, we ordered a 6-piece nugget Happy Meal and only received 5 nuggets. The second time, the box didn’t have any nuggets at all. This third time, there was no box and no nuggets included. Luckily, I ordered extra because I honestly expected something would be missing again. It’s very disappointing to have the same issue happen repeatedly, and quality control clearly needs improvement.

After more than 20 minutes waiting in curbside I walked in ask about my order. It took 5 minutes to be acknowledged by the staff, most people just look the other way. A young lady came of the fryers to ask if she could help. I showed her my order in the app still waiting to be completed. She left and another 5 minutes later came back with the original order from over 30 minutes prior. The food was handed off with a simple “ sorry about that, not sure what happened to it”. If I could give 0 stars it would be 0 stars. Orders get messed up in food service. That’s understandable. But this place consistently underperforms other locations. Which is indicative of poor management. Check your orders before you drive away or sit down to eat if you have to eat here.
