I put in a mobile order for an iced coffee as I got near McDonald's. Got inside and waiting for a while. The line got backedup,people were getting ill. Usually with an online order ,esp just a coffee, it'll be set on the counter waiting to grab. Nothing. Their board doesn't have any numbers on it to show what orders they are working on or that have been served. So no one knows anything. Waited for curbside for 20 mins, tried to go through the drive thru to collect my food, the lady gave an attitude and said it was for inside pickup. Spoiler it wasn’t, I went inside the food wasn’t there. It was sitting on the counter in the back. Food was cold, had to go to another McDonald’s for fries. Judging by the line of angry people inside, I can only assume this is a common occurrence.
