Zach the team lead at this location handled a rude and disrespectful customer interaction so well. He stayed calm and patient and continued to provide excellent customer service to the customer who continued to be a nuisance and be rude. I was really impressed by his customer service.
This Mcdonald's is gaming the system. They take your order off the board within a minute and then take their sweet time getting your order together. The company should crack down on this location.
The absolute slowest McDonald’s in the city. Holy cow. Some of the employees are moving like molasses. I don’t expect you to run, but I do expect you to move above a slow, casual stroll. Two drinks took 20 mins.
