Worst McDonald's in High Point. They are never prepared, forget food every single time, and the night manager is the most unhelpful person in the building. Do not go here if you need a quick visit or want the correct food/drinks you ordered.
It takes a terrible experience to leave a review and that’s based on my history in the industry. We entered this location because it had a play place. My wife and I could not even eat our food even though it was correct because the atmosphere. Absolutely disgusting. The main lobby where you order food had trash and food laying all over. Hard to tell the last time swept or mopped. The play place was even worse. Trash over flowing and not one clean table to sit at. Floor covered in napkins, used straws and food.
