Didn’t receive nuggets, our fries looked like this and were about cold. Attitudes along with it. Usually don’t have a problem here but you’d like to get at least what you pay for.

The two black ladies working the window tonight need to find new jobs. I pulled up to the speaker and nobody was responding so I drove to the window, nobody was there, and so I drove to the front, I still didn’t see anyone and then I hear someone yelling out the window, turns out they were open they just weren’t doing their job, I don’t get an apology, hey how you doing nothing…and then they kept walking away from the window before I got a word out. You are open until 2:00 they are in their turning off the menus not taking orders I wanted 20 minutes in line when I came up to the line they turned the lights off I’m calling HR and the manager in charge of the night 08/21/2025 I would love to hear your explanation will be hearing from me soon

I have not had any problems with this McDonald's and I have typically found it to be very fast in the Drive-Thru and efficient with hot food and good atmosphere. Today I gave the person taking the order in drive-thru my app code and she entered it and my phone indicated such. It was to be 20% of $15 or more. I purchased two combo meals and the total came to over $22. When I looked at the receipt, it did not indicate the use of my code at all. I was told the code I gave was for collecting points.
