They frequently get orders wrong, even when I order in app. We order McDonald's once a month and just about every other time either an item is missing or we get the wrong stuff. They frequently don't have the promo for whatever reason. The renovation made it so cold and heartless inside.
Dining room is closed and it's only 7:30 on a Saturday night. I ordered ahead in the app, but I'm stuck in the Drive-Thru to pick up a simple order.
I’ve only been to this location a handful of times and EVERY SINGLE TIME they mess up my order. I end up ripped off and honestly pissed off. At first I was forgiving, but to consistently not get what I paid for is unacceptable. I don’t normally write reviews, especially negative ones but it’s worth saying something about this.
