Hire people that can read the order so I actually get what I pay for! And when people come in with missing items be respectful!! It's your fault the orders wrong, be kind and fix it! I've been left with missing food many times lately and no compensation for missed items, Go To Burger King!!

Update: So I've started using the McDonalds app this year. I frequently made orders for awhile, but now I'll probably go back to ordering just in an emergency. The food has become less interesting and more expensive. At least half the time my fries are barely even warm and I always check them as soon as I get them. Are the warming lights broken or is this a logistical issue where fries are easier to grab so they're being placed in the bag while they wait for the sandwich and other items? Does everything look correct on your screen is the question , 4 out of 5 messed up orders in 2 weeks, nothing special order either, big breakfast with sausage and got no sausage, couple days later I did big breakfast with bacon 🥓 and NO bacon, 2 days later 1 strip of bacon not 2 it says. Pretty simple things folks! Go to Burger King, have never had a wrong order there yet! And the manager offered me NO compensation for missed food etc for future orders.
