Terrible service. Computers went down mid-order, had to wait 30 minutes in line, and then they couldn't find my order and refused to compensate me. Thanks for literally nothing.
It’s McDonald’s…so not expecting 5 stars to begin with. It’s fine when needed. That being said, this is the slowest drive thru on the eastern coast of the US. It’s actually insane to watch 10+ staff, half of their phones doing nothing, the other half running around yelling at each other. It’s never even busy either.
