Always order on the mobile app for deals. They shorted my order in the drive thru and told me to wait in the Place #1. I waited 15 mins then finally called the restaurant number and told the manager I was still waiting for my food, which she knew nothing about. 5 mins later a guy brought me a refund for the missing food item. I was so angry.
Stopped at the McDonald’s while driving through town and the drive through girl was too distracted socializing and gave me the wrong order. When I called for a refund they said I could drive 20 min back to get a refund on my card and they could only do it in that store.
