This place is great depending on the time of day you go. The last few times I’ve been there mid afternoon (well after lunch rush and not many customers in drive-thru) it just didn’t seem like they had their stuff together at any of the windows. They act confused or lazy or whatever. Good seems to be delayed the last 2 times no matter what I ordered with time and they have a hard time with change. My family and I stopped by on our trip home to Columbia TN. We went through the drive thru and were told up that they would bring my food to me. I sat there for 10 or so minutes, and still no food. I sent my husband in to ask about our food. 10 minutes later and he is still waiting for someone to communicate what exactly is going on. I went inside and a young lady asks me for my receipt (which I provide). She walks away and we stand there another 15 minutes. I ordered the Big Arch via the app along with other items. However, the patties were very undercooked and unfortunately did not notice until after eating a good portion of it. We were also missing a chicken wrap from our order as well. Feedback has already been submitted to corporate.
